Purchased 4 used but very nice tires here last week. Owner was willing to work with me on price. I pulled up and in 8 minutes later they were mounted and balanced done deal !

Here's a more professional version: > I came in to have my vehicle inspected and determine what was causing the issue. I am very pleased with my experience at this location. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The entire staff was phenomenal, providing excellent customer service and making me feel confident in their expertise. Based on my experience, I will be bringing my vehicle back tomorrow to have the recommended repairs completed. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for your outstanding service.

I wish I could recall my mechanics name today but I’m beyond grateful and lucky to have had him. He got me in immediately and got me back out in under an hour replacing my pain of an O2 sensor. Thank you so much! You made my day and life so much easier. Everyone in there was super nice and the place is welcoming. I wish I had cash on me at the time so I could tip him. Anyways I’m so grateful.

Great experience with Midas crew today. while traveling to Flint my tire light come on. i pulled in to talk to the crew. offered free air and while adding air to my tire a nail was found. with no hesitation they come out with supplies in hand and removed nail and plugged tire for free. in and out in 10min. what a great group of techs working at this location. 👏

My boyfriend and I have both had work done on our cars here, and they always do a fantastic job! Jason, the manager is so kind and thorough!! Christian was also very helpful throughout the process! I had a large job done on my car, I was quoted it would likely be in the shop for a week. They called me the next day and let me know they had a mechanic specifically assigned to my car for the job. I brought my car to them today, a week and half later just to get it looked at and make sure everything was running smooth, they were so kind and didn’t charge me for just getting it checked again. We will most definitely be returning here when we need it!!
